116-Room Hotel to Replace Vacant Restaurant in El Segundo

The latest project, which would rise at the northwest corner of Pacific Coast Highway and Palm Avenue, calls for demolishing a vacant restaurant and parking lot to make way for the construction of a 55,000-square-foot boutique hotel.  Plans call for a four-story building which would contain 116 guest rooms, a restaurant, a fitness center, and parking for 93 vehicles at-grade and on a subterranean level.

Construction of the hotel, El Segundo House, would occur in 7 months. Keep an eye out for updates on this project at 707 PCH.
