These neighborhoods may be small, but that doesn’t mean there isn’t plenty to do. Not only is there plenty of entertainment options for adults, but the area also is considered family-friendly thanks to the variety of schools in the area. From Pre-K through high school, there are several highly rated public and private schools to help attract families to the area.
As for entertainment opportunities, the Palms/Mar Vista is only a stone’s throw away from some of the biggest attractions in all of California. Not only are there local hotspots, including the Mar Vista Farmers’ Market and the Museum of Flying (located right off the Santa Monica Airport), but significant family-friendly attractions are also within close range.
Some of the biggest attractions in the area include the Hollywood sign and Universal Studios Hollywood, as well as the Santa Monica Pier and State Beach.
